In limited circumstances, the federal appellate courts (also called the Circuit Courts) have jurisdiction to review the decisions of the BIA. By that means, this gives you a second chance to appeal if BIA denied your appeal. It is called a "Petition for Review."
Most of the time, there is a very narrow appeal standard, meaning that Petitions for Review is not granted very often. Most immigration lawyers do not have the expertise to file these cases Federal Circuit Court litigation is highly specialized.
However, the attorneys at Demidchik Law Firm have filed many Petitions for Review; most of them have been successful in very difficult jurisdictions.
