Giancarlo Rolon graduated Rutgers School of Law – Camden in 2016. He developed a passion for immigration law and has dedicated himself to representing the immigrant community in Immigration and Criminal matters. Giancarlo was a founding partner at a successful NJ law firm before deciding to join Demidchik Law Firm’s legal team. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has successfully represented individuals in removal proceedings at the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, Federal District Court and in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to removal proceedings, his immigration work covers Asylum, family-based applications, SIJS, and VAWA cases. Giancarlo was also an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law from 2019 to 2021. He is a native Spanish speaker.
