Anna Demidchik
Anna Demidchik is the founding attorney of Demidchik Law Firm. She focuses primarily on immigration and criminal law. Anna received her J.D. from Hofstra Law (Maurice A. Dean School of Law). She is admitted to practice law in New York, California, Pennsylvania, Washington State, Wisconsin. Anna is a member of New York State Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (NYSACDL). Besides English, Anna speaks Russian and Mandarin.
D. Garth Sullivan
D. Garth Sullivan graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of CT, NY, NJ & CA as well as the 2nd and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, NJ Federal District Court and CT Federal District Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and his practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation. His immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum seekers, both affirmative and defensive, deportation defense, appeals to the BIA and circuit courts, and preparing waiver applications. He is firmly committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation and that immigrants are an important and often underrated segment of our society.
Jason Molesso
Jason C. Molesso is licensed to practice Law in the States of New York and Texas, as well as several Federal Courts, including the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C. Jason has exclusively represented injured people in Medical Malpractice, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Construction, Premises Liability, Automobile, and General Negligence cases throughout the United States. In almost 20 years of practice, Jason has deposed over 1000 medical and scientific witnesses, has taken more than 40 trial verdicts, and has argued in excess of 20 appeals; all while helping injured people receive the Justice they deserve.
Susan Qin
Ms. Susan Qin, Esq. practices immigration law. She has particular experience with immigration laws. Her main focus is helping the immigrants fight for their rights. She has been helping individuals resolve cases involving adjustment of statues, cancellation of removals, waivers, Immigration Bailout, as well as other cases. Ms. Qin is bilingual, she is fluent in English and Chinese. Ms. Qin received her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her years at Duquesne Law School, she earned a high honor in her writing and legal research class. He also worked as a teaching assistant for two years helping foreign LLM students. She accumulated extensive experience as an intern in the Pittsburgh Public Defender's office and an internship with the Honorable Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti in the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Qin is licensed to practice law in New York State and Washington.
Steven Slavitt (Senior Attorney)
Steven Slavitt graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 1983. He also holds a Master of Psychology Degree from the University of California (USC). Since that time, Mr. Slavitt has been a dedicated civil litigator for a large Los Angeles law firm. Mr. Slavitt also served as a prosecutor for the District Attorney's Office in Los Angeles for 28 years where he was quickly promoted to Grade IV, the highest level as a trial attorney. Mr. Slavitt tried approximately 75 felony jury trials, including 16 murders. Several of these cases received much publicity, including a lengthy trial in which he prosecuted a doctor for killing his wife in civil court in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Slavitt retired from the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office in 2015 and then went to the Hawaii District Attorney's Office, where he worked from August 2015 to August 2017 handling criminal appeals, various felonies, and violence cases. domestic.
Shuyang Xie
Shuyang Xie obtained her Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University. Currently, she is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. Her practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation. Her immigration work includes family-based immigration, employment-based visas and removal proceedings. Her civil work experience includes handling landlord and tenant cases, contract disputes, federal wage-and-hour litigations, contested and uncontested divorce, and family court matters.
Yangmei Li
Yangmei Li earned her Juris Doctorate degree and her Master of Laws degree, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law, from DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Li is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. During law school, Ms. Li was an external to Judge Thomas J. Kelly in the Domestic Relations Division of the Cook County Circuit Court. She used to help clients at the Chicago Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. He also participated in the Technology / Intellectual Property Clinic (TIP Clinic) and DePaul's Asylum and Immigration Law Clinic.
Robert S. Hazzard, Esq.
Robert S. Hazzard graduated Cum Laude from St. John's University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School and upon his admission, became an associate for a General Practice law firm where he practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2000 until 2008, successfully trying many cases. Thereafter, from 2008 to 2013, Mr. Hazzard was General Counsel for an insurance company handling all of its corporate affairs, litigation and regulatory compliance. From 2013 to 2018, Robert was the Legal Director of an international developer where he handled all corporate and contractual matters, multi-million dollar project financing, equity investments, and external managed advisory.
Michael Brown
Michael Brown, Esquire has been an attorney in the Orlando area for over 8 years and Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm. He was a prosecutor for over 5 years with the State Attorney's Office in Orange and Osceola County. There, he handled misdemeanor cases, juvenile cases, felony cases, felony violations of probation, and litigated over 20 jury trials. Mr. Brown left the State Attorney's Office to become a civil litigator in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense. He has practiced in Courts throughout the State. Mr. Brown is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the 3 Florida Federal Courts.
Junzhe (Peter) Chi
Mr. Chi graduated from Peking University Law School, and also earned LLM degree from University of Missouri School of Law. Mr. Chi is a licensed Chinese attorney; he has already passed New York bar exam. Mr. Chi worked at the China Headquarters of Samsung as an in-house legal counsel, and his practice areas included contract review/drafting, compliance advice, dispute settlement, commercial negotiation assistance, and acting in litigation/arbitration. He is currently a partner of Beijing Wilco Law Firm in China. Mr. Chi is fluent in Chinese, Korean and English. Mr. Chi's linguistic ability allows him to easily communicate with clients in China and Korea.
Yunchao (Paul) Song
Yunchao (Paul) Song is licensed to practice law in California and New York. He is admitted to the US Federal Court in the Eastern District, Northern District, and Central District of California. He graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he received Master of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees. Mr. Song is currently practicing Immigration Law, family law, and criminal law. He has extensive experience in these fields. Mr. Song is passionate about immigration, legal service, and protecting immigrants' legal rights. He is recognized by his clients for his professionalism and patience. 
Yuan (Bill) Li
Yuan Li is licensed to practice in California and is admitted to the bar of the US Federal Court in the Central District of California. He is also a licensed attorney in China, and has several years of experience of legal practice there. He is familiar with the laws of China and the United States, and has extensive litigation experience. In addition to criminal and civil litigation, he has done substantial research on corporate governance, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China, Intellectual Property Law, government supervision, and other business areas. Since he started his law practice in 2010, he has worked in the Shanghai office of the Dentons law firm and in the major government economic oversight departments in Shanghai. He is now committed to dedicating himself to exclusive litigation and other legal services to the Chinese community in California.
Jack Han
Jack Han is an established attorney; he's been serving the Chinese community in the past two decades prior to joining our firm. He worked in China as an engineer after graduating from Tianjin University with B.S. until he emigrated to the U.S. in the mid-90s. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law School. His practice areas are mostly Federal, including immigration and intellectual property. Over the years, Mr. Han has accumulated valuable experience in virtually every area of immigration law, from defensive litigation in immigration courts across the country, to family and employment-based immigrant petitions, as well as all types of exemptions, visa applications, DOL labor certification and different types of appeals before federal courts of appeal. Having been an immigrant himself, Mr. Han knows exactly how important a successful immigration case is to every applicant and every family. He always advocates for clients with the utmost zeal and has helped numerous people from all walks of life realize their American Dream. His record is outstanding; the highlight of his career has been winning oral arguments in a federal appeals court and contributions in the creation of news jurisprudence. He is a member of the New Jersey bar and is admitted to the Federal Court of Appeals for the Second and Ninth Circuit.
Michael Walsh
Michael Walsh brings over 35 years litigation experience to the firm. He specializes in criminal defense litigation both at the trial and appellate level in both State and Federal Courts. His practice includes representation of individuals who are charged with the most serious of cases. He also has been involved in civil litigation both on the Plaintiff and defense side. He is licensed in the state of Illinois and was a former member of the Illinois Capital Litigation Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, where he is a member of the Court's Bar Association. He has also been admitted as a regular and pro-vice member in numerous US district and state courts throughout the United States. He has been admitted to practice in the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. Walsh obtained his law degree in 1980 from De Paul University School of Law. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 with an A.B. in History.
Rami Kayyali
Rami Kayyali graduated from Whittier Law School in 1998, Juris Doctor and UCLA Bachelor of Arts. He is admitted to practice in all California Courts, Federal District, 9th Circuit Court. He has extensive broad-based legal experience including litigation and transactions, plaintiff and defense, House Counsel, Appellate and Trial Representation, including, class action and PAGA, Civil Rights, Qui Tam, Employment, Labor law, ADA, Contracts, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Bad Faith, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Workmen's Compensation, Family Law, Unlawful Detainer, Bankruptcy, Bad Faith, Real Property, and Criminal Law; He has been attorney of record for over 180 court cases.
Kevin E. Morgan Esq.
Kevin E. Morgan graduated with a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995 and a J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2001. After graduation, he joined the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County and began representing indigent clients charged in County and District Court. While there, he began his litigation career with successful jury verdicts in a wide range of cases, including assault, larceny, driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driving, sex abuse, and drug possession. From there he joined New York County Defender Services (NYCDS) and continued for the next thirteen years litigating criminal cases involving violent felonies (such as arson, robbery, burglary, sex crimes and assault) and nonviolent felonies (such as forgery, larceny, and drug possession/sales). At NYCDS he worked collaboratively with experts, investigators, and social workers to present the best defense possible for his clients. He also cross-examined numerous experts, detectives, police officers and civilian witnesses while defending his clients on trial. He has twenty years litigation experience, successfully representing clients facing the most serious allegations down to minor infractions. He also handles civil cases involving complex litigation, contractual disputes, and business disputes. He is admitted to practice in New York, Florida and the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Daniel Kolacia
Daniel Kolacia graduated with a B.A. from Iowa State University and a J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. After graduation, he worked as a Deputy District Attorney with the Riverside District Attorney’s Office. While there, he worked in such specialized divisions and courts as in the Drug Court, Mental Health Court, General Felonies, Career Criminal Unit, and the Vehicular Homicide Unit. While at the Riverside District Attorney’s Office he tried cases to the jury from misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence, Domestic Violence, Burglaries, Robberies to Murders. After the Riverside District Attorney’s Office, he was appointed as the Boone County Attorney in Boone, Iowa. There he was the elected twice as County Attorney representing the County in civil cases and handling criminal matters. He handled a variety of criminal cases from misdemeanors to murders. He argued cases in front of juries and in the Iowa Court of Appeals.
He is licensed to practice in California and Iowa and is admitted to the bar of the US Federal Court in the Central District of California.
Demetrios N. Dalmares (of counsel)
Demetrios N. Dalmares has been practicing law for over 28 years and brings a strong background in Domestic Relations litigation to the firm.  He concentrates primarily in matters pertaining to high net worth clientele, in their domestic relations and paternity matters. This includes Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Grandparental Visitation, Premarital and Postnuptial agreements, and Adoption or Guardianship.  Demetrios is well rounded and has tried a number of highly contested custody, financial litigation matters, and cases involving dissipation of marital assets in Cook, Will, DuPage and the surrounding counties. His practice includes representation of both men and women, as he believes that the law is intended to represent everyone equally.  He has also served as a Guardian Ad Litem on behalf of minor children. 
He is licensed in the State of Illinois and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, America Bar Association, and Hellenic Bar Association. 
Demetrios Dalmares obtained his J.D. in 1992 from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. He graduated from De Paul University in 1988 with a double Major in Business Finance and Management. 
Demetrios is a lifelong resident of the Chicago area. When he is not practicing Family Law, he can be seen spending time with his family, biking, and playing soccer. He is also fluent in Greek. 
Tamir Tommalieh (of counsel)
Tamir Tommalieh obtained his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Juris Doctor at Valparaiso University. He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and has tried a number of cases in Cook, Will, Kankakee and the surrounding counties. Mr. Tommalieh primarily practices in Family Law which allows him to concentrate on issues and concerns within the specified field. He uses his extensive knowledge and genuine concern for each client's best interests to achieve optimal results.
Howard Cohn
Howard brings to the Firm over 40 years of legal and trial experience. A former Judge Pro Tem of the Alameda County Municipal Court, Howard has presided over hundreds of criminal and civil trials. Howard is a former trustee and general counsel of one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts in the US, owning and managing over 4 million square feet of commercial property.
For the past 20 years, Howard has been the general counsel of a Software company who is a leader in producing software for the real estate mortgage industry. Howard's broad experience includes Family Law, Wills and Trusts, Business Disputes and Litigation, and Criminal Law. A collegiate boxer and baseball player, Howard has excelled in athletic as well as legal competition. Howard is married with three grown children. When away from the office Howard enjoys poker and golf.
James Berdelle
James has been recognized as an Illinois Leading Lawyer℠ by his peers and is known for the quality of his achievements on behalf of clients in the litigation and trial of highly complex matters. James honed his litigation and trial skills during his legal career while working for a number of large law firms located in the City of Chicago. Though based in Illinois, his legal work has extended to countless state and federal courts across the land. James has successfully managed the litigation and trial of large complicated and complex commercial claims, class action claims, business and contract dispute claims, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and employment-related claims. His representative accomplishments include acting as lead trial counsel in:
