Jack Han is an established attorney; he’s been serving the Chinese community in the past two decades prior to joining our firm. He worked in China as an engineer after graduating from Tianjin University with B.S. until he emigrated to the U.S. in the mid-90s. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law School. His practice areas are mostly Federal, including immigration and intellectual property. Over the years, Mr. Han has accumulated valuable experience in virtually all areas of immigration law, from defensive litigation in immigration courts nationwide, to immigrant family-based petitions to employment, as well as all kinds of waivers, visa applications, labor certification before DOL, and different types of appeals before Federal appellate courts.
Having been an immigrant himself, Mr. Han knows exactly how important a successful immigration case is to every applicant and every family. He always advocates for the clients with the utmost zeal, and he has helped numerous people from all walks of life in realizing their American dream. His record is outstanding; the highlights of his career are winning oral arguments in a Federal appellate court and contributions in creating news case law. He is a member of New Jersey bar and admitted before Federal Court of Appeals in 2nd Circuit and 9th Circuit.
