Anna Demidchik

Anna Demidchik is the founding attorney of Demidchik Law Firm. She focuses primarily on immigration law.

Anna received her J.D. from Hofstra Law (Maurice A. Dean School of Law). She is admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Besides English, Anna speaks Mandarin and Russian.

D. Garth Sullivan

D. Garth Sullivan graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of CT, NY, NJ & CA as well as the 2nd and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, NJ Federal District Court and CT Federal District Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and his practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation.

His immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants, both affirmative and defensive, removal defense, appeals to the BIA and Circuit Courts and preparing waiver applications. He is firmly committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation and that immigrants are an important and often underappreciated segment of our society.

When he is not working, he enjoys biking, yoga and spending time with his family.

Jeremy G. Mondejar

Mr. Jeremy Mondejar is member of the State Bar of Nevada and a member of the United States District Court, District of Nevada.  He has seven years experience practicing with private firms in Las Vegas, NV, and he is Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm.  He has represented high profile clients including models and athletes in a variety of matters.  Jeremy also lived in Taiwan for three years.  He is an inveterate traveler who has visited Russia, East Asia, and Central and South America.

Jason Molesso

Jason C. Molesso is licensed to practice Law in the States of New York and Texas, as well as several Federal Courts, including the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Jason has exclusively represented injured people in Medical Malpractice, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Construction, Premises Liability, Automobile, and General Negligence cases throughout the United States.
In almost 20 years of practice, Jason has deposed over 1000 medical and scientific witnesses, has taken more than 40 trial verdicts, and has argued in excess of 20 appeals; all while helping injured people receive the Justice they deserve.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Biochemistry in 1995. He earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 1998. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Biology (with special emphasis in recombinant DNA technology) in 2005 from New York University.

Susan Qin

Ms. Susan Qin, Esq. practices immigration law. She has particular experience with immigration laws. Her main focus is helping the immigrants fight for their rights. She has been helping individuals resolve cases involving adjustment of statues, cancellation of removals, waivers, Immigration Bailout, as well as other cases. Ms. Qin is bilingual, she is fluent in English and Chinese.

Ms. Qin Received her Juris Doctor Degree from Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her years at Duquesne Law School, she achieved high honor in her legal research and writing class. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for two years assisting foreign LLM students. She amassed extensive experience from interning at the Public Defender’s office in Pittsburgh and an internship with the Honorable Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti at the Federal District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Qin is licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.

Francis T. O’Brien, Jr.

Francis T. O’Brien, Jr. is of counsel to Demidchik Law Firm.
As a member of the Massachusetts and Florida state bars and the federal bar in Massachusetts, Mr. O’Brien brings over thirty years of experience in the field of criminal defense and has represented clients on criminal state and federal matters in more than twenty states,.
Mr. O’Brien also has extensive state appellate experience, having argued before the Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court of Massachusetts as well as the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. On the federal level he is admitted to practice before the First, Second, Fourth and Seventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Jingya Zhang

Jingya Zhang, Esq., earned an L.L.M. from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) in the State of Missouri in 2013. She earned a J.D. from the same law school in 2015. Jingya Zhang is admitted to the New York State Bar. As one of the bilingual attorneys at Demidchik Law Firm, Jingya Zhang, Esq. is responsible for clients’ intake and has successfully provided helpful legal advice to the clients who are seeking help at Demidchik Law Firm. She is highly appreciated by the clients because of her thoroughness, patience and kindness.

Monica Blut

Monica Blut is a 25-year Civil Litigator and Senior Trial Attorney at Demidchik Law Firm. She is a 1989 graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science, and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, graduating in 1992.
Ms. Blut’s areas of specialty include commercial and real estate litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, and construction defect. Ms. Blut is bilingual with proficient Spanish speaking and writing ability.

Lawrence Mottola

After graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, Lawrence began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. He spent over eight years in the Brooklyn office where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, and was promoted to Senior Assistant District Attorney after successfully trying over a dozen Felony cases in Kings County Supreme Court. As a criminal defense attorney at Demidchik Law Firm, Lawrence utilizes his experience as a prosecutor and familiarity with the criminal justice system to protect his clients’ rights and help them obtain a favorable resolution to their case.

Lawrence is admitted to the bar in New York, Massachusetts, and Virginia, as well as the US District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, and the Eastern District of Virginia.

Shuyang Xie

Shuyang Xie graduated from Tulane Law School in 2017. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University in 2012. Currently, she is admitted to practice in the state court of New Jersey. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and immigration matters. Her civil work experience includes handling federal wage-and-hour litigations, real estate and divorce cases, and her immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants.

Yangmei Li

Yangmei Li earned her Juris Doctorate degree and her Master of Laws degree, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law, from DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Li is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
During the law school, Ms. Li was an extern for Judge Thomas J. Kelly in Domestic Relations Division of Circuit Court of Cook County. She used to help clients in Chicago Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. She also participated in Technology/Intellectual Property Clinic (TIP Clinic) and Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic of DePaul.

Robert S. Hazzard, Esq.

Robert S. Hazzard graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School and upon his admission, became an associate for a General Practice law firm where he practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2000 until 2008, successfully trying many cases. Thereafter, from 2008 until 2013, Mr. Hazzard was General Counsel of an insurance company handling all of their corporate matters, litigation and regulatory compliance. From 2013 until 2018, Robert was the Chief Legal Officer of an international developer where he handled all corporate and contractual matters, multi-million dollar project financing, equity investing, and managed outside counsel.

Mr. Hazzard brings over 18 years of legal experience to the firm and is highly respected by his peers. He is currently admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the New Jersey Federal District Court.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown, Esquire has been an attorney in the Orlando area for over 8 years and Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm. He was a prosecutor for over 5 years with the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola County. There, he handled misdemeanor cases, juvenile cases, felony cases, felony violations of probation, and litigated over 20 jury trials. Mr. Brown left the State Attorney’s Office to become a civil litigator in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense. He has practiced in Courts throughout the State.
Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in every Court in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and all 3 federal courts in Florida.

Junzhe (Peter) Chi

Mr. Chi graduated from Peking University Law School, and also earned LLM degree from University of Missouri School of Law. Mr. Chi is a licensed Chinese attorney; he has already passed New York bar exam. Mr. Chi worked at the China Headquarters of Samsung as an in-house legal counsel, and his practice areas included contract review/drafting, compliance advice, dispute settlement, commercial negotiation assistance, and acting in litigation/arbitration. He is currently a partner of Beijing Wilco Law Firm in China.
Mr. Chi is fluent in Chinese, Korean and English. Mr. Chi’s linguistic ability allows him to easily communicate with clients from China and Korea.

Natalie Quinonez

Natalie Quinonez graduated from Barry University School of Law in 2011. She is admitted to practice in the state of Florida. Her personal connection with Immigration Law comes from her own parents’ journey, immigrating to the U.S. from South America. While at Barry Law she worked as a translator for the Immigration Clinic. Now, Ms. Quinonez attends immigration courts all over the United States, using her experience and passion to help those seeking asylum, as well as other paths to obtaining a lawful status. Her work in the Personal Injury legal field started in 2005 while she was obtaining her bachelor’s in political science from the University of Central Florida. In 2010-2011, Ms. Quinonez gained valuable knowledge as she clerked for Felony Criminal Judge Marc L. Lubet of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Quinonez is bilingual, with proficient Spanish speaking and writing ability. She currently serves as President Elect for the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida where she has been a board member for the pasts two years.
