Anna Demidchik

Anna Demidchik is the founding attorney of Demidchik Law Firm. She focuses primarily on immigration law.

Anna received her J.D. from Hofstra Law (Maurice A. Dean School of Law). She is admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Anna is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Besides English, Anna speaks Mandarin and Russian.

D. Garth Sullivan

D. Garth Sullivan graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of CT, NY, NJ & CA as well as the 2nd and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, NJ Federal District Court and CT Federal District Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and his practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation.

His immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants, both affirmative and defensive, removal defense, appeals to the BIA and Circuit Courts and preparing waiver applications. He is firmly committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation and that immigrants are an important and often underappreciated segment of our society.

When he is not working, he enjoys biking, yoga and spending time with his family.

Jason Molesso

Jason C. Molesso is licensed to practice Law in the States of New York and Texas, as well as several Federal Courts, including the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Jason has exclusively represented injured people in Medical Malpractice, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Construction, Premises Liability, Automobile, and General Negligence cases throughout the United States.
In almost 20 years of practice, Jason has deposed over 1000 medical and scientific witnesses, has taken more than 40 trial verdicts, and has argued in excess of 20 appeals; all while helping injured people receive the Justice they deserve.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Biochemistry in 1995. He earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 1998. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Biology (with special emphasis in recombinant DNA technology) in 2005 from New York University.

Jingya Zhang

Jingya Zhang, Esq., earned an L.L.M. from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU) in the State of Missouri in 2013. She earned a J.D. from the same law school in 2015. Jingya Zhang is admitted to the New York State Bar. As one of the bilingual attorneys at Demidchik Law Firm, Jingya Zhang, Esq. is responsible for clients’ intake and has successfully provided helpful legal advice to the clients who are seeking help at Demidchik Law Firm. Monica Blut

Monica Blut is a 25-year Civil Litigator and Senior Trial Attorney at Demidchik Law Firm. She is a 1989 graduate of UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science, and attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, graduating in 1992.
Ms. Blut’s areas of specialty include commercial and real estate litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, and construction defect. Ms. Blut is bilingual with proficient Spanish speaking and writing ability.

Shuyang Xie

Shuyang Xie graduated from Tulane Law School. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University. Currently, she is admitted to practice in the state court of New Jersey. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and immigration matters. Her civil work experience includes handling federal wage-and-hour litigations, real estate and divorce cases, and her immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants.

Yangmei Li

Yangmei Li earned her Juris Doctorate degree and her Master of Laws degree, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law, from DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Li is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
During the law school, Ms. Li was an extern for Judge Thomas J. Kelly in Domestic Relations Division of Circuit Court of Cook County. She used to help clients in Chicago Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. She also participated in Technology/Intellectual Property Clinic (TIP Clinic) and Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic of DePaul.

Robert S. Hazzard, Esq.

Robert S. Hazzard graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School and upon his admission, became an associate for a General Practice law firm where he practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2000 until 2008, successfully trying many cases. Thereafter, from 2008 until 2013, Mr. Hazzard was General Counsel of an insurance company handling all of their corporate matters, litigation and regulatory compliance. From 2013 until 2018, Robert was the Chief Legal Officer of an international developer where he handled all corporate and contractual matters, multi-million dollar project financing, equity investing, and managed outside counsel.

Mr. Hazzard brings over 18 years of legal experience to the firm and is highly respected by his peers. He is currently admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the New Jersey Federal District Court.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown, Esquire has been an attorney in the Orlando area for over 8 years and Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm. He was a prosecutor for over 5 years with the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola County. There, he handled misdemeanor cases, juvenile cases, felony cases, felony violations of probation, and litigated over 20 jury trials. Mr. Brown left the State Attorney’s Office to become a civil litigator in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense. He has practiced in Courts throughout the State.
Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in every Court in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and all 3 federal courts in Florida.

Junzhe (Peter) Chi

Mr. Chi graduated from Peking University Law School, and also earned LLM degree from University of Missouri School of Law. Mr. Chi is a licensed Chinese attorney; he has already passed New York bar exam. Mr. Chi worked at the China Headquarters of Samsung as an in-house legal counsel, and his practice areas included contract review/drafting, compliance advice, dispute settlement, commercial negotiation assistance, and acting in litigation/arbitration. He is currently a partner of Beijing Wilco Law Firm in China.
Mr. Chi is fluent in Chinese, Korean and English. Mr. Chi’s linguistic ability allows him to easily communicate with clients from China and Korea.

Yunchao(Paul) Song

Yunchao(Paul) Song is an attorney in the State of New York and California. He graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he received Master of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees. Mr. Song is currently practicing Immigration Law. Robert Grandon

Robert Grandon (Of counsel) – Robert earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of LaVerne. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993, practicing in the courts of California, The United States Supreme Court, United States District Court, Central District of California, and United States District Court Northern District of Texas. Robert has extensive experience managing complex and diverse civil, criminal and appellate caseload for over 25 years.

Robert is a former Guest Lecturer at Chapman University, Law and Religion. Personal highlights of Roberts Career include; Served our country in the U.S. Army, Pro Bono Attorney for the LA independent Artists’ Project.

Robert’s Professional experience includes Managing Director and General Counsel for International Transactions, Ltd., Director and General Counsel for Summit Financial Holdings, Ltd. Robert currently is practicing Business Litigation, and Criminal Defense including Criminal Appeals in the State of California.

Natasha Chisty

Natasha Chisty is an Immigration Attorney at Demidchik Law Firm. She practices all areas of immigration law, specializing in asylum and removal defense. Ms. Chisty zealously advocates for her clients both in Immigration Court and through written briefs and motions to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Her diverse role also allows her to represent clients in cases involving Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Special Immigrant Juveniles, waiver applications, family based immigration, various visa applications and other areas of immigration. Ms. Chisty received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in 2012 and she received her B.A. in English Rhetoric and Global Culture from Binghamton University in 2008. Prior to working at Demidchik Law Firm, she practiced at boutique law firms in NY in the areas of immigration, personal injury, family law and education law.

Ms. Chisty is a licensed attorney admitted to practice law in New York and Florida. She is also fluent in spoken Bengali and proficient in French.

Todd L. Lindquist

Todd L. Lindquist graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United Stated District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has over 13 years of experience litigating a wide range of case matters. Matters he has litigated include wrongful death, products liability, breach of contract, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, environmental law, zoning, forcible entry and detainer, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, accounting, constructive trust and declaratory judgments and other equitable matters. First chair trial experience and personally negotiated numerous settlements.

Mr. Lindquist has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the Illinois Attorney General for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the Illinois Toll State Highway Authority (ISTHA) for more than a decade. In this highly important role as a SAAG, Mr. Lindquist litigated eminent domain proceeding on behalf of IDOT and the ISTHA in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, McHenry County, and Kane County.

Mr. Lindquist also has tremendous experience in obtaining business, liquor and food licensing as well as defending against license violations. Mr. Lindquist has helped obtain business, liquor and food licenses in the past for the Langham Hotel, Virgin Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Palmer House Hilton, Hilton Towers Magnificent Mile, Doubletree Hilton Mag Mile, Conrad Chicago, Inn of Chicago Magnificent Mile, Houlihans, The Deer Path Inn of Lake Forest, Kitty O’Sheas, Buckingham’s, Lockwood Restaurant & Bar, Potter’s Restaurant & Bar. Mr. Lindquist also represented Lagunitas Brewery in updating its licenses upon completion of its partial sale to Heineken.

Jonathan Rapel

Jonathan Rapel received his undergraduate degree from the University of California Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in American History. Mr. Rapel graduated from University of La Verne School of Law in 2011. He is admitted to practice in The State of California as well as the Central and Eastern Federal District Courts. He is a member of California Attorneys for Criminal Justice (CACJ). His practice of law focuses on Criminal Defense.

When Mr. Rapel is not practicing law, he enjoys riding motorcycles, travelling, and spending time with his family.
