Anna Demidchik

Anna Demidchik is the founding attorney of Demidchik Law Firm. She focuses primarily on immigration law.

Anna received her J.D. from Hofstra Law (Maurice A. Dean School of Law). She is admitted to practice law in New York, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Anna is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Besides English, Anna speaks Mandarin and Russian.

D. Garth Sullivan

D. Garth Sullivan graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of CT, NY, NJ & CA as well as the 2nd and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, NJ Federal District Court and CT Federal District Court. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and his practice focuses primarily on immigration law and civil litigation.

His immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants, both affirmative and defensive, removal defense, appeals to the BIA and Circuit Courts and preparing waiver applications. He is firmly committed to the belief that everyone deserves quality legal representation and that immigrants are an important and often underappreciated segment of our society.

When he is not working, he enjoys biking, yoga and spending time with his family.

Jason Molesso

Jason C. Molesso is licensed to practice Law in the States of New York and Texas, as well as several Federal Courts, including the Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.

Jason has exclusively represented injured people in Medical Malpractice, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical, Vaccine, Construction, Premises Liability, Automobile, and General Negligence cases throughout the United States.
In almost 20 years of practice, Jason has deposed over 1000 medical and scientific witnesses, has taken more than 40 trial verdicts, and has argued in excess of 20 appeals; all while helping injured people receive the Justice they deserve.

He attended the University of Texas at Austin where he earned a degree in Biochemistry in 1995. He earned his law degree at Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 1998. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Biology (with special emphasis in recombinant DNA technology) in 2005 from New York University.

Susan Qin

Ms. Susan Qin, Esq. practices immigration law. She has particular experience with immigration laws. Her main focus is helping the immigrants fight for their rights. She has been helping individuals resolve cases involving adjustment of statues, cancellation of removals, waivers, Immigration Bailout, as well as other cases. Ms. Qin is bilingual, she is fluent in English and Chinese.

Ms. Qin Received her Juris Doctor Degree from Duquesne Law School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In her years at Duquesne Law School, she achieved high honor in her legal research and writing class. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for two years assisting foreign LLM students. She amassed extensive experience from interning at the Public Defender’s office in Pittsburgh and an internship with the Honorable Chief Judge Joy Flowers Conti at the Federal District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Qin is licensed to practice law in the state of New York and Washington.

Steven Slavitt

Steven Slavitt graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Law in 1983. He also holds a Master of Psychology Degree from the University of California (USC). Since that time, Mr. Slavitt has been a dedicated civil litigator for a large Los Angeles law firm. Mr. Slavitt also served as a prosecutor for the District Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles for 28 years where he was quickly promoted to Grade IV, the highest level as a trial attorney. Mr. Slavitt tried approximately 75 felony jury trials, including 16 murders. Several of these cases received a lot of publicity, including a lengthy trial where he prosecuted a doctor for killing his wife in the civil courthouse in downtown Los Angeles. Mr. Slavitt retired from the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in 2015 and then went to the Prosecutor’s Office in Hawaii where he worked from August 2015 to August 2017 handling criminal appeals, various felonies and domestic violence cases.
Mr. Slavitt currently acts as a criminal defense lawyer and civil litigator. He strongly believes that everyone deserves quality representation.
When Mr. Slavitt is not working, he enjoys surfing, playing tennis, yoga, and spending time with his family.

Shuyang Xie

Shuyang Xie graduated from Tulane Law School. She earned a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University. Currently, she is admitted to practice in the state court of New Jersey. Her practice focuses primarily on civil and immigration matters. Her civil work experience includes handling federal wage-and-hour litigations, real estate and divorce cases, and her immigration work includes appearing in immigration court on behalf of asylum applicants.

Yangmei Li

Yangmei Li earned her Juris Doctorate degree and her Master of Laws degree, with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law, from DePaul University College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois. She is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Li is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
During the law school, Ms. Li was an extern for Judge Thomas J. Kelly in Domestic Relations Division of Circuit Court of Cook County. She used to help clients in Chicago Domestic Violence Legal Clinic. She also participated in Technology/Intellectual Property Clinic (TIP Clinic) and Asylum & Immigration Law Clinic of DePaul.

Robert S. Hazzard

Robert S. Hazzard graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice. After graduation, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School and upon his admission, became an associate for a General Practice law firm where he practiced both criminal and civil litigation from 2000 until 2008, successfully trying many cases. Thereafter, from 2008 until 2013, Mr. Hazzard was General Counsel of an insurance company handling all of their corporate matters, litigation and regulatory compliance. From 2013 until 2018, Robert was the Chief Legal Officer of an international developer where he handled all corporate and contractual matters, multi-million dollar project financing, equity investing, and managed outside counsel.

Mr. Hazzard brings over 18 years of legal experience to the firm and is highly respected by his peers. He is currently admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the New Jersey Federal District Court.

Michael Brown

Michael Brown, Esquire has been an attorney in the Orlando area for over 8 years and Of Counsel at Demidchik Law Firm. He was a prosecutor for over 5 years with the State Attorney’s Office in Orange and Osceola County. There, he handled misdemeanor cases, juvenile cases, felony cases, felony violations of probation, and litigated over 20 jury trials. Mr. Brown left the State Attorney’s Office to become a civil litigator in the areas of foreclosure, breaches of contract, and insurance defense. He has practiced in Courts throughout the State.
Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in every Court in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and all 3 federal courts in Florida.

Junzhe (Peter) Chi

Mr. Chi graduated from Peking University Law School, and also earned LLM degree from University of Missouri School of Law. Mr. Chi is a licensed Chinese attorney; he has already passed New York bar exam. Mr. Chi worked at the China Headquarters of Samsung as an in-house legal counsel, and his practice areas included contract review/drafting, compliance advice, dispute settlement, commercial negotiation assistance, and acting in litigation/arbitration. He is currently a partner of Beijing Wilco Law Firm in China.
Mr. Chi is fluent in Chinese, Korean and English. Mr. Chi’s linguistic ability allows him to easily communicate with clients from China and Korea.

Yunchao Song

Yunchao(Paul) Song is an attorney in the State of New York and California. He graduated from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where he received Master of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees. Mr. Song is currently practicing Immigration Law. He is passionate about immigration, legal service, and protecting immigrants’ legal rights. He is recognized by his clients for his professionalism and patience.

Yuan Li

Yuan Li is licensed to practice in California and is admitted to the bar of the US Federal Court in the Central District of California. He is also a licensed attorney in China, and has several years of experience of legal practice there. He is familiar with the laws of China and the United States, and has extensive litigation experience. In addition to criminal and civil litigation, he has done substantial research on corporate governance, Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China, Intellectual Property Law, government supervision, and other business areas. Since starting his attorney practice in 2010, he has worked in the Shanghai office of Dentons Law Firm and major government departments of economic supervision in Shanghai. He is now committed to dedicate to the exclusive litigation and other legal services to the Chinese community in California.

Yuan Li holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sichuan University, and earned his Juris Doctor Degree from East China University of Political Science and Law and the University of California, Berkeley. He also obtained the Science and Technology Law Certification from the University of California, Berkeley.

Jack Han

Jack Han is an established attorney; he’s been serving the Chinese community in the past two decades prior to joining our firm. He worked in China as an engineer after graduating from Tianjin University with B.S. until he emigrated to the U.S. in the mid-90s. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Touro Law School. His practice areas are mostly Federal, including immigration and intellectual property. Over the years, Mr. Han has accumulated valuable experience in virtually all areas of immigration law, from defensive litigation in immigration courts nationwide, to immigrant family-based petitions to employment, as well as all kinds of waivers, visa applications, labor certification before DOL, and different types of appeals before Federal appellate courts.

Having been an immigrant himself, Mr. Han knows exactly how important a successful immigration case is to every applicant and every family. He always advocates for the clients with the utmost zeal, and he has helped numerous people from all walks of life in realizing their American dream. His record is outstanding; the highlights of his career are winning oral arguments in a Federal appellate court and contributions in creating news case law. He is a member of New Jersey bar and admitted before Federal Court of Appeals in 2nd Circuit and 9th Circuit.

Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh brings over 35 years litigation experience to the firm. He specializes in criminal defense litigation both at the trial and appellate level in both State and Federal Courts. His practice includes representation of individuals who are charged with the most serious of cases. He also has been involved in civil litigation both on the Plaintiff and defense side.

He is licensed in the State of Illinois and was a member of the Illinois Capital Litigation Bar. He has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois where he is a member of the Court’s Trial Bar. He has also been admitted both as a regular member and pro hac vice to numerous US District Courts and State Courts throughout the United States. He has been admitted to practice in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Walsh obtained his J.D. in 1980 from De Paul University College of Law. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1977 with an A.B. in History.

Mr. Walsh resides in the Chicago area. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and exercising.

Rami Kayyali

Rami Kayyali graduated from Whittier Law School in 1998, Juris Doctor and UCLA Bachelor of Arts. He is admitted to practice in all California Courts, Federal District, 9th Circuit Court. He has extensive broad-based legal experience including litigation and transactions, plaintiff and defense, House Counsel, Appellate and Trial Representation, including, class action and PAGA, Civil Rights, Qui Tam, Employment, Labor law, ADA, Contracts, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Bad Faith, Products Liability, Personal Injury, Workmen’s Compensation, Family Law, Unlawful Detainer, Bankruptcy, Bad Faith, Real Property, and Criminal Law; He has been attorney of record for over 180 court cases.

Kevin E. Morgan Esq.

Kevin E. Morgan graduated with a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995 and a J.D. from Touro Law Center in 2001. After graduation, he joined the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County and began representing indigent clients charged in County and District Court. While there, he began his litigation career with successful jury verdicts in a wide range of cases, including assault, larceny, driving while intoxicated, unlicensed driving, sex abuse, and drug possession. From there he joined New York County Defender Services (NYCDS) and continued for the next thirteen years litigating criminal cases involving violent felonies (such as arson, robbery, burglary, sex crimes and assault) and nonviolent felonies (such as forgery, larceny, and drug possession/sales). At NYCDS he worked collaboratively with experts, investigators, and social workers to present the best defense possible for his clients. He also cross-examined numerous experts, detectives, police officers and civilian witnesses while defending his clients on trial. Israel P. Whitbeck Esq.

A Las Vegas native, Israel received his B.A. in Political Science from Boston University and his JD from the University of La Verne. Israel has been a member of the State Bar of California and State Bar of Nevada since 2006 and 2012 respectively and admitted to practice in all state courts of California and Nevada as well as the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada. Israel has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury and criminal law. Israel actually spent time working for the insurance companies defending auto accident cases so he knows the tricks used by the insurance company and uses that experience to help his clients achieve the best results!
