Todd L. Lindquist graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United Stated District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He has over 13 years of experience litigating a wide range of case matters. Matters he has litigated include wrongful death, products liability, breach of contract, premises liability, construction defect, personal injury, environmental law, zoning, forcible entry and detainer, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, accounting, constructive trust and declaratory judgments and other equitable matters. First chair trial experience and personally negotiated numerous settlements.

Mr. Lindquist has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for the Illinois Attorney General for the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) and the Illinois Toll State Highway Authority (ISTHA) for more than a decade. In this highly important role as a SAAG, Mr. Lindquist litigated eminent domain proceeding on behalf of IDOT and the ISTHA in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, Lake County, McHenry County, and Kane County.

Mr. Lindquist also has tremendous experience in obtaining business, liquor and food licensing as well as defending against license violations. Mr. Lindquist has helped obtain business, liquor and food licenses in the past for the Langham Hotel, Virgin Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Chicago, Palmer House Hilton, Hilton Towers Magnificent Mile, Doubletree Hilton Mag Mile, Conrad Chicago, Inn of Chicago Magnificent Mile, Houlihans, The Deer Path Inn of Lake Forest, Kitty O’Sheas, Buckingham’s, Lockwood Restaurant & Bar, Potter’s Restaurant & Bar. Mr. Lindquist also represented Lagunitas Brewery in updating its licenses upon completion of its partial sale to Heineken.
